These are the 8 steps to running a successful organisation

Lancashire BME Pact offers support, advice and training, free of charge to all its member organisations.

Whether you are just starting out or are well established, you can find help and support at any or all of these stages. 

Membership of Lancashire BME Pact is the first step to making your organisation fit for purpose and strong for the future.

When you sign up you will get one to one Support for your staff and trustees. Our Development Officers will be there to guide and advice and if they are not you can access our website, read our e-bulletin or talk to someone by telephone.

We run a full programme of Training which is offered to our members free of charge.

As part of the support offered we will help you to find funding for your future projects. Having access to the latest software can help as can having experienced staff guiding you.

In order to make successful bids and run successful projects your organisation needs to have sound Governance and be Compliant with current legislation. We will arrange for health checks, training and support to achieve this.

Finance does not need to be scary but it does need to be right. From the simplest to the complicated we are there to advise and support.

Of course, we don’t work in isolation. There are other people doing similar work with ideas and solutions to share. We offer lots of opportunities for Networking with other groups.

In order to be truly successful we need to Influence decisions made about our communities. We do this best with one voice. Lancashire BME Pact members make up that loud voice.
