  The Lancashire BME Pact is grateful to the many helpers and volunteers who provide invaluable assistance with its day to day work and activities. In addition to these generous individuals, the organisation is also supported by a team of dedicated employees and board members. Core members of this team are listed below.

   

   

   

   

• The Board

  Lancashire BME Pact is managed by a voluntary board made up of members from BME voluntary and community groups and individuals from across Lancashire who supports our aims and objectives.

  The Board meet bi-monthly to review the organisation’s progress towards the business plan and take a lead on governance, strategy, personnel and sustainable development.

  As a charitable company limited by guarantee, these Board members also serve as Company Directors.
