A one day course aimed at groups with some basic knowledge of developing and delivering projects and bid writing who need to develop monitoring and evaluation systems to monitor the impact of their work.

Will cover the basics of:

  • Researching and evidencing needs
  • Setting clear project targets/outcomes
  • Developing a SMART project plan
  • Developing effective monitoring systems
  • Measuring impact with effective evaluation programmes
