Lancashire BME Pact is located within Spring Hill Community Centre, the old school building on the corner of Exchange Street & Dover Street (Unmade road)

Travelling By Car:  M65 Junction 7, follow signs to Accrington along dual carriageway. At traffic lights turn left, signposted Oswaldtwistle. Traffic Lights turn left onto Blackburn Road, proceed straight ahead at mini roundabout. Next set of lights turn right onto Lonsdale Street. Follow the road around to the left and turn your immediate right onto Exchange Street.
