About Us

meeting-imageEstablished in May 2003, Lancashire Black & Minority Ethnic Pact was formed to enable voluntary groups to come together to share best practice and to provide a voice for local BME Communities.

The overall aim of the Pact is to ensure community representation at local, regional and national level.

We do this by ensuring that BME Voluntary & Community groups are properly set up, informed and supported so that through them, local people can take an active part in running their communities, understanding the issues affecting them and have an opportunity to influence the decision making process.
